The BREW Kettle opened its doors in the fall of 1995 as Ohio's First Brew-On-Premise Microbrewery.  From that first day it has been our goal to provide our customers with the guidance, equipment and the freshest ingredients to produce quality, hand-crafted beers in an environment that is professional, safe and fun.  Fourteen years and 35,000 batches later, we are still committed to our customers' needs and desires. Hoppin' Frog Brewery

Hoppin’ Frog is a small, hands-on brewery making very flavorful beers in the most flavorful beer styles. We brew high quality beers with an uncompromising focus on detail, from the ingredient selection to the brewing process. A specially designed JV Northwest brewing system creates more flavorful beers by allowing more barley to be used in the brewing process. We also use a special bottling machine that keeps the beer fresher, and extends storage times compared to other conventional microbrewery bottling machines. This is very beneficial to retain all the character of these flavorful styles of beer. "Hoppin’ Frog is the concept of owner and established brewmaster Fred Karm, who has designed and produced 21 award winning beers at the Great American Beer Festival and World Beer Cup, the two most prestigious contests in the world. Hoppin’ Frog Brewery was established in 2006, and now distributes beer in 18 states and 12 foreign countries."

Here at the Thirsty Dog Brewing Company, full flavor, delicate balance, texture and aroma combine to make beer an infinitely complex and thoroughly enjoyable experience.



Each of our beers is meticulously hand crafted in small batches using the finest ingredients. High quality malted barley is the source of the beer's sweetness and body. Select American and European hops are used to balance the malt sweetness, and at times to add special flavors and aromas to the beer.



Our carefully selected ingredients, along with our specially designed recipes and brewing processes, give Thirsty Dog beers unique flavor profiles that are hard to find in today's mass-market "one size fits all" society.



Our craft brewed beers are far more diverse in range and character than the small spectrum of mass-market beers offered to the American public by the large national breweries.

Rock Mill Brewery

Thousands of years ago as the glaciers melted this water carved out the blackhand sandstone which today forms the origin of the Hocking River. A unique geographic feature that is only a short walk west from the Rockmill Farm. Many thousands of years after the glaciers melted, savy farmers in Wallonia, Belgium came to the genius conclusion that an ale is easy to produce, store and is an excellent vitamin-rich, motivator out in the field. This miracle beverage is now known as Saison, a farmhouse ale.
