Established in 1995, the Maumee Bay Brewing Company brews and operates out of the historical Oliver House. Located at the corner of Broadway and Ottawa Streets it is the oldest working commercial building in Toledo. Our Brew Masters bring excellence in brewing and culinary experience to our craft beers. We transfer the same strength, creativeness, size, uniqueness and complexity of the architecture of the Oliver House to the artistry of our craft beer. No other brewery in the country brews under such history. With additional holding tanks and a bottling line located directly across the street at 28 Broadway, MBBCo's process requires great attention to detail and is very labor intensive. This delicate care sets our final product apart from other mass-produced brewing competitors..

Lagerheads Brewery

Lagerheads micro brewery opened in June, 2010 and offers five flavorful brews on tap. These brews are the
perfect compliment to the award winning BBQ and hickory smoked meats. Lagerheads restaurant and micro brewery
were recently featured in several newspaper articles and magazines, including the front page of the Akron Beacon
Journal. These articles featured our great food and down home environment and recent success of our micro brewery. Many more beers are scheduled to be on tap including seasonal beers.
Fat Head Brewery

In 2009 Fat Head's teamed up with award winning brewer Matt Cole to create Fat Head's Brewery & Saloon in North Olmsted, Ohio and it crashed the scene like a two-headed monster. Success was virtually instantaneous (it came quickly). Producing over 5000 barrels in its first 3 years of business, Fat Head's beers gained notoriety by winning some of the most acclaimed awards in the brewing industry.
