 Bock and Rock was started as a fund raiser in 2008 for the Minster Civic Association, with the intention of bringing exposure of the craft brewery movement to local residents.  Beers of Ohio is an extension of Bock and Rock.
 

The Minster Civic association is a non-profit organization whose purpose it to promote Minster and the vicinity, create and maintain high community standards, develop opportunity for commercial, industrial and agricultural endeavor, and to effect constructive cooperation for the benefit of all citizens.
